Student Agreement

This Student Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the educational services provided by Property Pro Legal. By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or register for any courses or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the website and services of Property Pro Legal, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the services provided by Property Pro Legal.

Access to Platform

• Property Pro Legal provides online education and resources related to property law, real estate transactions, and legal guidance for property professionals, and access to the Platform's resources is granted only to users who have registered and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Student Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to use Property Pro Legal solely for lawful, educational purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from Property Pro Legal without explicit permission. You also agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform's functionality.

Enrolment & Fees

• Enrolment in courses on Property Pro Legal is contingent upon the successful registration and payment (if applicable) for each course, and Course fees, where applicable, are listed on the website, and you agree to pay these fees to gain access to the courses and content.
• The Platform reserves the right to change course fees or materials at any time. We will notify students of such changes in advance.

Intellectual Property

• All content available on Property Pro Legal, including course materials, videos, quizzes, articles, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of Property Pro Legal or its content providers.
• You acknowledge that all course content, educational materials, and the Platform's design are owned by Property Pro Legal and are protected by copyright laws.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use of the materials is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

• You agree to interact with other users, instructors, and Platform representatives in a respectful and professional manner, any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Such behaviour may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
• You agree to uphold academic integrity by avoiding cheating, plagiarism, or any dishonest conduct in courses and assessments.

Privacy and Data Protection

• By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection of personal information such as your name, email address, payment details, and other relevant data, we use your data to provide our educational services, improve the Platform, and communicate with you about your courses. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

• Property Pro Legal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
• The Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the course content.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the account termination procedure provided on the Platform, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Property Pro Legal if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, Property Pro Legal and you agree to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.

Modifications to the Agreement

• Property Pro Legal reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. All changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically.
• Changes to the Agreement will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Property Pro Legal regarding the use of the Platform, If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By accessing the Platform or enrolling in courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
